Returns

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return shipping is free — we email you a prepaid return label, so there is no cost to send an eligible item back.

Restocking fee

A 10% restocking fee applies to standard returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.) and is deducted from your refund. This does not apply if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — those are refunded in full.

How to start a return

Email us at info@onlyattire.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send a prepaid return label within 1 business day.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds (less the 10% restocking fee where applicable) are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

• Bamboo tees are printed to order. They can be returned for a refund but cannot be exchanged for a different design once printed.
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
• Items showing damage from normal wear are not eligible for return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@onlyattire.com. We'll send a replacement or full refund — including return shipping — at no cost to you, and the restocking fee is waived.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship.
